One thing helping me to stay awake is this cheesy salsa dip that limpingpigeon and allwein picked up. It has given me some mild diarreah so I can't fall asleep.
I saw Over the Hedge a while back. It was a good film. The gist of the film was that suburbia was built in the woods while some forest animals were sleeping. A savvy racoon showed them how to forage from suburbia. It was quite funny and cute. The music in the film was by Ben Folds. And yes, there was a clean version of "Rockin The Suburbs" for the end credits.
Is there one television show that you have to see each and every time it's on? I hate it when I don't get to see The Daily Show with Jon Stweart. I also get upset when it is in re-runs. Another show I always have to see is Numb3rs because I'm a total geek
Some have speculated that ancient man was visited by aliens and taught to do things like building pyramids and giant statues. Why? Who but ancient astronauts would have the time to work such things out?
But why did the ancient astronauts stop coming? (if they existed). It just doesn't really make sense.
I once had a dream that I was using wireless on the beach to use my laptop. That's pretty darned sad. When I dream of a vacation and I take my laptop with me and actually use it. I also had a dream that someone was breaking my laptop at the beach. Why would I even take it there? It would get sand all through it.
I never really thought I could make it this far. It's nearly 5:00AM Eastern Time and I'm still awake. I must be highly motivated to succeed. Or to at least not fail. I guess this is a good thing. There are very few things motivating me these days. It would be really great to get motivated to find a cushy job or to get motivated to exercise more and eat better and stuff. But I guess I will settle for "Motivation to do the Blogathon"
My friend Chas has loaned me the first two seasons of ST: DS9 on DVD. I have watched most of season one and I've noticed something. All the good episodes of DS9 appear to be in the first season. This is why I don't understand why people are always comparing it to Babylon 5. The first season of Babylon 5 is supposedly the worst. Honestly, I've only ever seen the first season of Babylon 5 so I don't know how true that is, but I've never really felt like watching the rest of the series.
