I'm surrounded by baboons (or worse)
A man (dressed like a woman) got off of the bus I'm riding right now. As soon as he got off, laughter and mocking insued.

Really... Baboons... I almost expected poop throwing.

Good thing the 'burgh is celebrating 250years. Maybe that's why we act that way. Although true historical accuracy would require making fun of him to his face. Something these pussies would never do.

Yeah, it's sort of a tough call there for me. On the one hand I think it's cowardly for people to mock and ridicule this person once they get off the bus, on the other hand I can't really say I want the person mocked or ridiculed to their face either.

Working at Goodwill, every once in a while we'll get men who dress as women, and my co-workers pretty much lose their minds. They even get weirded out when men, who are obviously not regular cross-dressers come in around Halloween time to look for evening gowns and such for costumes. It's one thing to kind of chuckle in surprise at something. I've done so more than once when I encounter something I didn't expect. But at some point you have to draw a line and just grow the hell up.

Of course, I attend a lot of anime conventions. I guess I'm desensitized. After all, standard cross-dressing is nothing compared to Man-Faye. :)

Oh, did I mention this guy was like 6'3" or so? He also had muscles. They were afraid of him. It was great.
